"Steer clear of this office and State Farm in general. I just switch my homeowners and auto to them only to learn that my only support options are text back and forth with their national office. Finally reached the local office this morning and they told me to get on a text chat if I needed help. Be warned!"

Our team connected you directly with Technical Support and stayed on the line to help. They followed up via text as part of their process, which I understand may not have been your preferred method. When we reviewed your account, it does show that Drive Safe & Save is successfully set up. We also left you a voicemail yesterday so we could talk through everything. We’re always available by phone or in person, and we’re more than happy to meet face-to-face if that’s easier. We’d truly appreciate the opportunity to connect and make sure you feel fully supported."
